We’re thrilled to finally share a project that’s been in the works for months… and about to make a splash. The Westport Project is a brand-new web series launching June 26 on YouTube, chronicling our team’s most ambitious build to date: a net-zero, beach front smart home just steps from the sand at Compo Beach in Westport, CT.

As Eva Amurri, our collaborator and creative director on this project, puts it: “We’re reimagining the new construction home in an elegant, elevated, technology-forward, and wellness-focused way.”
The Collaboration Behind It All
Many of you will recognize Eva from her digital brand, Happily Eva After. Years ago, we had the pleasure of renovating her first Westport home, an experience that laid the foundation for what has now become a full-fledged creative partnership. Our fearless leader, Chris O’Dell, and Eva stayed close over the years. After that historic reno (and a few landscape challenges), they began dreaming up something bigger: a fresh build from the ground up, with design innovation and lifestyle curation leading the way.
“Chris’s dedication to his work being the best it could be really made an impression on me,” Eva shared. “His team became friends, and people even my kids grew to feel so close to. The whole home reno took two years, and after making it through that challenging but rewarding process without hating each other (LOL), we realized that we’d like to team up at some point to bring both of our areas of expertise together.”
It only made sense that when the opportunity arose to acquire a prime lot at Compo Beach, this would become the launchpad for something extraordinary.

From day one, this home was imagined to be more than four walls and a roof. Together, with Eva leading creative direction, and our in-house dream team—including architect Mary O’Dell and designer Anita Avakian—we’ve crafted a blueprint that challenges the status quo.
It’s Net-Zero. It’s smart. It’s stylish. And it’s built with intention.

The Westport Project premieres Thursday, June 26 on YouTube. Each 8–10 minute episode brings viewers into the process, from demo to design, tech installations to design reveals. With transparency, creativity, and just the right amount of drama. We’re incredibly proud of this project and even more excited to share how it’s coming together. This is the future of luxury homebuilding… and we’re just getting started.
